Be on the same page as your
photographer. Our photographers WANT you to be happy with your
final product. But believe it or not, they can't read your mind. It
is best to talk to your photographer, ask questions and get involved.
If you have ideas – lay them out up front. It may be too late if
you wait until the end. If you have an example of something you would
like to include, they would love to see it. We welcome you to
bring your own props, blankets, or toys to personalize your portrait.
If you don't like a pose they are suggesting, don't be afraid to let
them know. They won't be insulted. They understand that everyone is
different, and what works for one person won't work for others. Feel
free to come in early or before the day of your session to talk with
your photographer. After all, two heads are better than one.
